Job descriptionHandling warm inbound leads and converting them into new business. Meeting or exceeding agreed sales and revenue targets. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Promoting the companys surveying services with confidence and professionalism. Using CRM software to track and manage leads and client activity. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Proven track record of success in a target-driven sales role. Business development experience and ability to win new clients. Understanding of surveying or estate agency services (preferred). Confident articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Commercially aware with a competitive nature. Experience using CRM software. High levels of self-motivation and ambition. Professional appearance and telephone manner. Generous base salary Excellent career progression prospects. Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking reputable company.
