About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Solicitor, to join our dynamic Commercial Proprty team in Bishop's Stortford . This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality, complex commercial property matters within a reputable and growing firm.

What This Role Would Include

• Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases.
• With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.
• Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.
• Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches.
• Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
