A Little More About Your Role…

• You will be joining our expanding Buildings Technology Services team, as an Associate or Associate Director, with accountability for the technical leadership, project management and delivery of projects from inception through to handover to the client.
• At WSP our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team are providing Smart, ICT (Information and Communications) and AV (Audio Visual) design. We're looking for an Associate or Associate Director to join the UK Building Technology Systems team with a background in technical smart building integration & system architecture.
• Contribute to our ongoing success and help us build towards delivery of a growing order book
• Take a key technical leadership role leading from concept stage through to detailed design, managing technology design & systems integration design activities on multi-disciplinary design projects in coordination with Architects, Engineers, and specialist consultants
• Collaborate across WSP with specialists in areas like Security, Lighting, ICT, VT, AV to develop holistic and comprehensive Smart Buildings solutions.
• Engagement with wider design teams across multi-disciplinary projects to advocate for and achieve desired smart building outcomes that are outside of our direct design responsibility.
• Create future-ready buildings delivering great user experiences innovating the building landscape
