As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect at Drata, you are the customer-facing technical expert for the world’s most advanced security and compliance automation platform. Enterprise SAs own the end-to-end technical implementation of Drata’s marquee customer logos, executing within the Enterprise Customer Success function. You will work closely with Engineering and Product Management to drive fast and smooth security readiness programs, create and deliver best practices for complex integrations and APIs, and advocate for customers’ needs.
What problems you’ll solve :
- Drive the retention and expansion of Enterprise customers through technical expertise and product roadmap advocacy.
- Increase customer understanding of Drata’s technical functionality.
- Reduce the number and frequency of support cases through technical design and implementation expertise.
What you'll do :
Own the end-to-end technical implementation of Drata’s largest customers.Become the trusted technical partner for customers’ GRC, Security, and Engineering leaders.Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.Surface data-driven insights for roadmap changes unique to marquee customers.Serve as the leading technical expert on Drata’s platform, covering integrations and documentation.Work with Product Managers to develop specialization in functional areas as needed.Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Implementation Managers for successful deployments.Draft and publish technical architecture and solution diagrams.Deliver implementation guidance to security and compliance teams.Execute customizations and data migrations.Participate in UAT sessions with Product Management.How you’ll contribute to the Customer Experience :
Partner with Engineering to manage custom development work.Build and deliver a full picture of your customer’s technical profile.Improve the process for documenting platform behavior and customer issues.Support cross-functional teams in demonstrating Drata’s value.Serve as an escalation pathway for complex troubleshooting.Mentor other Solutions Architects and team members.What you bring :
7-10+ years of post-sales experience in a Solutions Architect or equivalent position in B2B SaaS.Enterprise customer-facing experience required.Working knowledge of desktop applications and machine architecture.Extensive experience with REST APIs and JSON.Exceptional communication skills for varied technical and business users.Track record of trust and influence with cross-functional teams.This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock. The expected OTE ranges for this role is GBP £88,100 - £108,900, subject to change.
