Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven track record in hotel leadership? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager to lead the team at a much-loved, independent hotel in West Yorkshire .

This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established hotel with 24 beautifully appointed bedrooms, an outstanding restaurant, and a thriving weddings and events business.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the successful running of all departments, driving performance across F&B, housekeeping, front of house, and maintenance. You’ll be a hands-on leader with a genuine passion for people and hospitality, ensuring each guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities include :

Leading day-to-day hotel operations with efficiency and professionalism
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and enhance service quality
Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
Maintaining full compliance with health, safety and legal regulations
Managing budgets and delivering regular financial reports to the owners
Building lasting relationships with guests and addressing feedback with care

Skills Required :

Proven experience in a GM or senior hotel leadership role

Strong F&B and event background preferred

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Commercial mindset and financial awareness

A natural team builder who thrives in a hands-on role

Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
