We’re working with a well-respected professional services firm in Aberdeen that’s looking for a  Payroll Assistant  to join their friendly and supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key part of the payroll team, making sure clients’ payrolls are processed accurately and on time. You’ll work with a wide range of businesses — from small charities to growing companies — and no two days will be quite the same.

Here’s a summary of what your day might include :

• Running weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls from start to finish.
• Answering client queries with clarity and care.
• Making sure everything is compliant with HMRC and payroll legislation.
• Supporting year-end processes like P60s and P11Ds.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver a great client experience.
