Key Responsibilities :

Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily running of the business

Lead and motivate both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Deliver exceptional customer experiences , handling any concerns with professionalism and care

Assist with staff training , performance management, and scheduling

Oversee inventory control , ordering, and cost management

Ensure health & safety regulations and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

Work alongside the management team to implement marketing strategies and drive business success

What We’re Looking For :

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills

A hands-on, proactive approach with a positive and can-do attitude

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences

Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays
