Job Title : Mobile Forklift Engineer Location : West / South Yorkshire Salary : £33,000 to £36,000 per annum – Paid Door to Door Hours : 40 Hours Per Week | Monday – Friday 08 : 00-17 : 00 My client, a well-established national materials handling company, is seeking a dependable Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their service division covering the West / South Yorkshire area. This is a permanent role offering consistent work, structured support, and room to grow within a reputable business. Key Responsibilities in your new mobile forklift engineer role : To undertake the repair & maintenance of industrial, agricultural and warehousing trucks and ancillary equipment To carry out fault diagnosis to identify reported breakdowns To complete paperwork including servicing sheets, breakdown reports, accident reports timesheets, quotes etc To work closely with the sales team, informing them of any potential leads and to participate in site surveys and site meetings as and when requiredWhat you’ll need for your new mobile forklift engineer role : Engineering experience in forklifts, plant or similar NVQ Level 2 / 3 preferred Good problem-solving and communication skills Full UK driving licenceWhat you’ll receive in your new mobile forklift engineer role : £33,000–£36,000 base salary Overtime at 1.5x Company van with fuel card and paid door to door Company Contributory Pension Structured training and clear progression routesIf you don’t meet all the criteria, my client is open to developing people with the right foundation and mindset.
