Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards for usability.
- Optimize front-end code for maximum performance ensuring fast load times and efficient interactions.
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to understand business requirements so that implementation aligns with design intent and brand guidelines.
- Proactively suggest UX improvements based on best practices.
- Implement and manage A / B and multivariate tests using Qubit.
- Develop and maintain tracking, tags, and data layers within Google Tag Manager (GTM).
The Person
Experience working with Amplience CMS (or similar headless CMS platforms).Familiarity with A / B testing tools like Qubit, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setting up tags, triggers, and variables.Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Experience integrating front-end components with APIs and third-party services.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
