Business Development Officer

Business Development Officer £33,000.00 per annum, experience-dependent Remote with travel As a Business Development Officer, you will be instrumental in driving strategic and operational growth through robust account management of key clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding partnerships to grow and sustain the apprenticeship portfolio.

You will have accountability for divisional business development performance.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development skills, and a deep understanding of the apprenticeship landscape.

Key Responsibilities : - Meet KPI’s in line with strategic sales goals.

• Identify new opportunities and expand existing partnerships whilst maintaining and growing key client relationships - Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Lead proposal development and contribute to revenue generation.
• Generate a pipeline of opportunities and build senior-level relationships.
• Provide advice and support to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and funding reforms.
• Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and develop training plans tailored to employer requirements.
