Business Development Officer

The Mid and West Wales Safeguarding Board for children and adults, CYSUR and CWMPAS, is looking for a Business Development Officer to support the delivery and implementation of the Regional Safeguarding Board’s annual strategic plan.

We are seeking someone with excellent administrative and business management skills who can work independently and proactively, as well as possessing excellent technical and IT skills, including proficiency in various software packages such as advanced Excel and Microsoft Word.

Your duties will include :

• Development and management of the Board’s website and communication platforms.
• Collation and analysis of performance data.
• Coordination and management of regional policy and training groups and associated work programmes.
• Supporting the coordination of individual case reviews.
• Undertaking bespoke project work to support the Board’s ongoing development.

You will join an established and experienced team and report to the Regional Safeguarding Board Manager.

The role is based in the Safeguarding Board’s Business Unit in Haverfordwest, but locations across the Mid and West Wales region will be considered, including remote or hybrid arrangements.
