Job Title : Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Salary : up to £65,000

Shift : 4 on 4 off (D / N)

Industry : FMCG / Manufacturing

Location : Northamptonshire

Synergi is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG / Manufacturers in the country. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a presence in over 40 different markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
Possessing a good understanding of the process, products, and all quality procedures.
Overseeing planned maintenance activities.
Diagnosing faults and identifying problems on machinery, then implementing effective solutions.
Carrying out fault finding on a diverse range of production equipment.

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent awareness and experience related to Quality, Health & Safety.

Familiarity with planned preventative maintenance.

Experience in fault finding and problem solving.

Comprehensive knowledge of high-speed mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, and PLC control systems.
