We are searching for a motivated and passionate sales professional to take a position in our New Business Sales team. This person should be passionate about technology, hungry to learn and posses an ambitious attitude towards building a successful sales career. You will be experienced working in a sales organisation (in a BDR, Account Management or Inside Sales role) and have the energy and tenacity to drive activity into some target accounts and respond to incoming leads with the goal of closing deals. You'll be managing a number of opportunities at any one time and will be dealing with multiple stakeholders to deliver sales revenue. You will be confident managing and closing deals of around $50K.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create, implement and own a sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for measurement of deal status.
- Meet or exceed sales goals each quarter.
- Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at C-level, VP and Director-levels across companies and across industry categories.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of the Brightcove platform.
- Leverage a virtual territory team to execute against sales goals
- Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
Qualifications / Experience Required :
Previous experience in a sales / business development role, ideally for a leading software or enterprise platform sales company.Some domain expertise in ad-supported Media / Video use case is highly desiredProven experience in running outbound activity to build qualifies sales opportunities.Demonstrated ability to instigate, carry through and close deals.Demonstrated ability to be creative and think outside the box in managing customer interactions.An ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through new products and services.Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsSpecial Conditions :
