Project Solutions Manager

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Project Management team with a Project Solutions Manager for our Anglian Water framework.

You will lead the development of project solutions, develop new ways of working that focus on delivering outcomes, rather than outputs, to reduce carbon, protect and increase natural capital, address climate change, and embrace innovations and new digital technologies.

This is your opportunity to lead the design of critical infrastructure projects that will shape the region’s water future. As a Project Solutions Manager , you’ll lead talented, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions that reduce carbon, increase resilience, and protect the environment.

What you’ll be doing :

Lead and manage the initial optioneering stages of water and wastewater treatment projects

Develop project engineering plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk and resources

Collaborate with technical experts and suppliers to develop fully integrated, buildable solutions

Drive sustainability and innovation across the design lifecycle

Ensure designs meet CDM, safety, and operational requirements

Foster strong collaboration with project managers, planners, procurement, and construction teams

Lead project reviews, manage quality processes, and support continuous improvement

Mentor and support your team’s professional development and well-being
