This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong administrative background with some experience in conveyancing or post-completions work—who is looking to grow within a supportive legal environment.

The Role :

As a Post Completions Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the conveyancing process, ensuring all post-completion matters are dealt with promptly and accurately. Key responsibilities include :

• Submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns
• Handling Land Registry applications and registrations
• Dealing with requisitions and any post-completion correspondence
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
• Updating case management systems and liaising with fee earners
• Deliver an exceptional client service
