Role Details :

The Civil Engineer will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team. The primary purpose of the role is to directly support current operations and future programmes, supporting nuclear facilities & the delivery of services across 2 sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design change / concession assessments and approvals
• Present design cases to nuclear safety committees
• Develop and maintain EIMT schedules and procedures
• Produce and review Periodic Safety Reports
• Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct Independent Technical and Peer Reviews (ITA / IPR)
• Apply engineering knowledge to integrate new and existing technologies
• Support full lifecycle of nuclear systems in high-risk environments
• Justify civil / structural design modifications in safety-critical settings
