Our Latest Development, Oaklea Complex Care Unit, Is a 26-bed Home Within Ashlea Court Dedicated To Adults With Complex Physical And Mental Health Needs, Including Advanced Dementia And Neurological Conditions.We’re Now Looking For a Mental Health Nurse Who Is Ready To Make a Meaningful Difference In a Service Built On Trust, Dignity, And Inclusion. What We Offer

• 20.50 to £21.50 per hour (Depending on experience).
• 22 to 44 hours per week.
• Days and Nights available.
• Paid PVG.
• Uniform provided.
• Onsite parking.
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).

Who we’re looking for : You’ll be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an interest or background in complex mental health and dementia care. You’ll bring a compassionate, collaborative spirit someone who thrives in a close-knit, supportive team and puts dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.Experience in complex care, such as neurological conditions or high-dependency needs, is an advantage, but not essential.
