Community Events Host

We are looking for volunteers to help raise awareness and promote Carers First by hosting an information stand or stall at community events.

Responsibilities

• Helping to plan & organise events.
• Assisting at events, which includes setting up displays, handing out leaflets, engaging with the public about Carers First and our services, making refreshments, and ensuring relevant paperwork is completed (e.g. Risk Assessments, PL Certificates).
• Booking equipment internally (e.g. gazebo, table, chairs, tablecloths).
• Assisting with promoting on social media and taking photographs.
