You will be a positive role model to the young people in our care and will work with openness and compassion, with an ability to set and maintain boundaries to keep our young people safe. Your responsibilities include :

• Maintaining a safe, nurturing and inclusive home environment
• Supporting our young people to develop the skills and tools that prepare them for adulthood
• Promoting the health and well-being of each child
• Working in line with the young people’s risk assessments and emotional & behavioural response plans
