Hours : Full-Time (40 hours per week, day shifts only)

Salary : £13.50 per hour | Approx. £28,080 annually

About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Farnborough . You will play a key role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities , physical disabilities , and autism , ensuring they receive person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership to the care team and act as a role model.

Support service users in achieving their goals and promoting independence.

Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and documentation in line with CQC standards.

Administer medication and ensure health & safety procedures are followed.

Foster a supportive environment and maintain strong communication with families, professionals, and stakeholders.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

PMVA training or willingness to complete (desirable).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
