Vertu Ford Stokehave an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate

Salary : £26,000 basic + excellent company benefits

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting trade customers by responding to parts enquiries via phone and online
• Accurately identifying vehicle parts based on customer needs
• Using current promotions and offers to meet sales goals
• Looking for opportunities to offer relevant additional products
• Keeping your knowledge current with bulletins, updates, and training
