Role Overview : We are looking for a

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve Sales Targets : Drive reservations, contract exchanges, and completions in line with company targets.
Customer Experience : Guide customers through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to handover.
Sales Process : Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of sales.
Sales Area Presentation : Ensure show homes and sales areas are kept clean, welcoming, and ready to impress.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with local market trends and use insights to maximise sales opportunities.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and external agents to close deals and meet targets.

Key Requirements :

Experience in new home sales or a proven track record in sales.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of the conveyancing and mortgage application processes is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficient in using sales systems and Microsoft Office.
