You’ll receive full training and have the opportunity to grow into roles such as Clinical Coach, Trainer, or Clinical Manager.
As a Functional Assessor, you will work autonomously with individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP)benefit as part of the DWPs Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS). This will involve holding consultations and writing fair and accurate reports.

As a Functional Assessor , you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. You will carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments to understand how a claimant’s disability, condition, or illness affects their ability to carry out everyday activities in a respectful, fair, and reassuring manner.
