Job descriptionPrevious experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade, or related sector. Alternatively, experience in a Warehouse / Stores environment with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck / car parts. A customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working unsupervised during night shifts. Full UK driving license. Providing professional parts sales service face-to-face, over the trade counter, via telephone, and online. Efficiently replenishing stocks in accordance with health and safety regulations and creating new locations as necessary. Promoting and encouraging growth of the parts business. Utilising all parts identification tools to ensure effective customer response. Maintaining accurate records for all service exchange parts supplied or returned.

We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Parts Advisor at our DAF Trucks dealership in Sheffield. As a Parts Advisor, we offer :
