Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in residential and commercial environments. Valid CSCS card is required. Strong understanding of painting techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Capability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
