A hugely respected, family-owned regional building contractor - renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the East of England - is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team.

The initial project will have you overseeing a £20million 'cut & carve' commercial transformation in Central London.

The business operate through the commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, and industrial sectors, giving you a broad portfolio to manage beyond the initial flagship scheme.

What we're looking for :

• Proven track record managing refurbishment, cut & carve, and fit-out projects, ideally £10m+ in value.
• Extensive experience in a Main Contracting environment, operating as PM or CM
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Commercial, and site teams.
• Strong IT and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines.
