Technical Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Building Services Engineer to join our Technical / Design Team . This is a cross-functional role that will support the Estimating, Operations, and Commercial teams by developing coordinated design solutions, assisting with tender reviews, and supporting live project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services , though we welcome applications from individuals with a bias towards one area who are willing to broaden their knowledge across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, coordination, and review of M&E technical designs and specifications.
• Provide design support to the Estimating Team during pre-construction and tendering phases.
• Work alongside the Operations Team to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless design-to-installation transition.
• Support the Commercial Team with technical input for procurement and value engineering exercises.
• Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Conduct site surveys and provide input for condition assessments and buildability reviews.
• Ensure all designs are compliant with current regulations, standards, and client requirements.
