Are you experienced Associate with a passion for contentious construction law?
We are looking for an Associate (4-6 PQE) to join our Construction & Projects (Contentious) division in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the biggest construction teams in Scotland, offering unparalleled exposure to top-quality work that sets us apart from the rest.
You will have the opportunity to take a leading role in high-quality cases, working with our top clients in litigations, adjudications, arbitrations, and mediations as well as pre action advisory work. You must have a passion for construction law and be pragmatic and results-focussed with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide first-class service. The successful candidate must have good analytical skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, well organised, self motivated, and the ability to work as part of a team. There will be scope for career progression within this role.
