Legal Counsel

This is a great opportunity to join the high calibre legal function of a FTSE 100 company on a full time or part time basis. This is an extremely varied and business orientated position, advising on a full range of commercial issues as well as on some technical contracting such as R&D related matters, licensing and collaboration. The quality and variety of work is excellent as are the development prospects, as part of a wider group legal function. The ideal candidate will ideally have a broad commercial background as well as a solid private practice training. Ideally you will have at least 4 / 5 years PQE although all candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfil the role will be considered.
