About the role :

We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in successfully supporting HR system transformations for a 9-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR systems / processes, strong stakeholder and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Transitioning HR systems : Supporting the transition of HR systems - Oracle HCM to Workday. Payroll system changes etc.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with HR leaders, Digital teams, and other business stakeholders on transition of systems.
• Identifying downstream impact : Working with colleagues in the Digital Enterprise team to identify impacts / changes to other system / processes as part of the transition.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support on possible data migration or other technical activities required.
• Support with technical changes / enhancements : Working with Abcam’s system integration and support partners on changes / enhancement.

Qualifications

A Degree in a Digital background would be beneficial but not essential, we are keen to see solid skills and experience.
