Job descriptionLeading the financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial health. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Managing risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Supporting the executive team with strategic decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure value for money and strong financial governance. Lead and manage the accounting & finance department Develop and implement effective financial strategies Reviewing all processes and procedures Qualified accountant Proven experience as a Finance Director within social housing sector Experience of reporting and presenting complex information to Boards or Committee Experience of strategic finance, business planning and cost analysis Evidence of developing processes and procedures Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods Experience of performance improvement, quality assurance, risk management and value for money improvement Proficiency in accounting software Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop teams Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 550 - £650 a day Hybrid role - 2 days on site 3-6 month role
