Leading the financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial health.Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Managing risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Supporting the executive team with strategic decision-making.Working closely with stakeholders to ensure value for money and strong financial governance.Lead and manage the accounting & finance departmentDevelop and implement effective financial strategiesReviewing all processes and proceduresThe Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should have :
Qualified accountantProven experience as a Finance Director within social housing sectorExperience of reporting and presenting complex information to Boards or CommitteeExperience of strategic finance, business planning and cost analysisEvidence of developing processes and proceduresExcellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methodsExperience of performance improvement, quality assurance, risk management and value for money improvementProficiency in accounting softwareStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop teamsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalWhat's on Offer
550 - £650 a dayHybrid role - 2 days on site3-6 month role
