Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Business Partner to work for a growing and dynamic organization in Staffordshire. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of the finance operation within a large national organization.

Job Purpose

  • Implement, develop, and provide commercial financial analysis on KPIs, offering data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications Required

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide FP&A support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics.
  • Identify business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Analyze financial data deeply to provide insights.
  • Create presentations with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Build and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis to provide business insights.

    • Location and Salary

    Location options include Salford Quays, Central London, Staines, UK / Hybrid. The salary is approximately £45,000 - £48,500 per annum, dependent on experience, with options for hybrid working.
