Role Summary

As a Senior Associate in the CFO Office team, you will deliver advanced analytics and strategic insights to help clients make better financial and commercial decisions. The CFO Office specialises in Deal Readiness, Value Creation, Decision Support, and Reporting Insights. You will contribute to projects across these areas, using cutting-edge data analysis (including AI / LLM tools) and collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to drive results. This client-facing, hands-on role in a fast-growing start-up / scale-up environment offers the chance to work on high-impact engagements and help build a new kind of consultancy from the ground up.

Role Summary

As a Senior Associate in the CFO Office team, you will deliver advanced analytics and strategic insights to help clients make better financial and commercial decisions. Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance clients' exit readiness by inputting into the equity story, specifying M&A relevant KPIs to inform the business plan and maximise exit value for sales or IPOs.
• Use commercial analytics to identify and unlock profitability improvements, such as customer / product profitability, SKU rationalization, pricing strategy, and site / network optimization.
• Apply advanced analytics (forecasting, scenario modelling, predictive modelling) to support better financial and commercial decision-making using AI and machine learning.
• Develop and implement impactful board and management reporting solutions, including dashboards and reports with relevant KPIs, benchmarking data, and narrative insights.
• Champion AI and data-driven techniques in projects, leveraging tools like large language models (LLMs) to enhance analysis depth and efficiency.
• Work closely within cross-functional teams and engage directly with Unity Advisory Partners to deliver high-quality, timely results in a collaborative environment. .
