A bit about the job :

The Transformation Manager is a key role providing oversight across the strategic change portfolio to accelerate and achieve delivery of the UK IT Simplification strategy to reduce the number of IT applications and deliver on-going efficiencies. Working with the CIO teams and the wider business to shape Business Cases for new Simplification initiatives to modernise and consolidate our UK IT estate, simplifying processes for customer-facing colleagues so they can focus on making it click for our customers. Manage a portfolio of change initiatives, providing challenge, intervention and assurance from Mobilisation through to the delivery of outcomes and benefits.

Skills and experience we’re looking for :

Strategic thinking and excellent planning and execution skills
Experience in overseeing multiple complex high-value change and transformation programs, with a strong understanding of portfolio management and change governance practices
Strong financial acumen, capable of robustly challenging new business cases with a focus on outcomes and benefits
Proficient in conducting robust analytics and reporting on change portfolio progress to senior stakeholders for effective decision-making
Highly personable, with a range of influencing skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation, along with a good understanding of the UK IT strategy and Aviva's IT estate

National salary circa £55,000, London salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.

29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
