European Tax Senior Manager

Pure Search are partnered with a globally recognised brand looking to hire a European Tax Director for their London based team.

Responsibilities :

Analyse the implications of current and forthcoming tax legislation on retail business operations across European markets.

Lead the end-to-end management of tax audits, including preparing required documentation, liaising with tax authorities, coordinating meetings, and implementing preventive strategies and scalable tools to enhance audit efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax insights on new business initiatives and ensure consistent support for operational tax-related queries.

Take ownership of corporate tax contributions to strategic projects by delivering thorough tax evaluations and practical recommendations.

Simplify and communicate complex tax topics in a way that resonates with professionals outside the tax function.

Foster ongoing relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment with and adherence to tax compliance standards across European operations

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills for a client facing role
• minimum 13 years experience in Tax
• UK based, no visa sponsorship provided

The role is paying up to £155,000 + 20-40% bonus.
