Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, and contribute to the delivery of an exceptional food experience that reflects Cubitt House values : seasonal, sustainable, and expertly executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your section during prep and service to the highest standard
- Ensure consistent presentation, portioning, and taste in line with kitchen expectations
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene within your station
- Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen porters
- Contribute to daily kitchen prep, specials, and service readiness
- Uphold food safety, temperature logs, allergen awareness, and compliance protocols
- Support smooth service and communication with the rest of the kitchen team
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step upPassion for seasonal British produce and modern pub diningA calm, reliable, and collaborative approach to serviceGood knowledge of kitchen equipment, prep methods, and food hygiene (Level 2+)Right to work in the UKWhat We Offer
