About the team

WorldPay is undergoing a massive growth transformation and pivot to product-led growth. The Product Operations team is a highly visible, cross-functional, and strategic team, charged with transforming the Product organisation to enable this shift.

About the role

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Operations to join our Product Operations team. This hybrid role, based in our London office, will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, product operations, and analytics, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges. This person will report to and work closely with the VP of Product Operations and Special Projects.

What you'll own

• Lead Strategic Initiatives : Drive the execution of high-impact projects that align with the strategic goals of the Product Operations team, utilising creative problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Spearhead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, strategy teams, marketing / GTM teams, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment, adoption, and effective communication throughout initiative lifecycles.
• Extracting insights : Use customer feedback and in-product experiences to create actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps.
• Streamlining operations : Spearhead initiatives to streamline operations.
