Key Responsibilities of Electrical Engineer
Lead a small engineering team of around 10-15 personnelManage and motivate your team to effectively problem-solve and develop their careers, providing appropriate leadership to advance the site and manufacturing linesImplement and manage HSEQ standards and policiesApply heavy industrial electrical engineering expertiseSupport the transition to a new state-of-the-art manufacturing environment nearbyIdentify opportunities to automate manufacturing processes furtherMonitor and execute electrical tasks through spot checks, providing relevant feedbackEssential Qualifications for Electrical Engineer
Experience in a senior electrical role, such as EC&I Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Head of Electrical Engineering18th Edition, current BS7671 regulations, and knowledge of PLCs and invertersLeadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teamsKnowledge of IEC 61508 / 61511 standardsComplex EX 14 or working knowledge, with proven Atex Responsible Person qualificationsThe position reports to the Site Operations Manager and offers significant influence and autonomy, with opportunities for personal and career growthExperience in electrical maintenance and heavy industry plant knowledgeJ-18808-Ljbffr
