Your Role

As an accomplished, forward-thinkingRestaurant Manager, you are ready to take the lead in afast-paced F&B front of house team, overseeing The Clunie Dining Room,Elsa’s Cocktail Bar and The Drawing Room. You are a leader with strongorganisational skills and you are passionate about training and mentoring yourteam. Your experience allows you to work closely with your team, exceeding theexpectation of our guest experience in every aspect of their stay so that theyleave us feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos.

You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creativeflair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learnand grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.

Our successful Restaurant Managerwill have :

• Proven experience from within a similar 5-star hospitality and resort environment.
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, resilience, and strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience of training, coaching and mentoring others.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
