Lead a team managing Important Business Process (IBP) activities critical to customer outcomes, feeding into Important Business Services and supporting Operational Resilience to prevent, respond to, recover from, and learn from operational disruptions.

Job Responsibilities

As Manager – IBS Product Manager, Digital Channels Lab, your responsibilities will include :

• Mapping the end-to-end customer journey for all assets, ensuring compliance with risks and controls, and supporting resilience of digital channel journeys.
• Leading the annual assurance mapping attestation process.
• Supporting assessments related to Group Incident Management, Resilience, Impact Tolerance, and Customer Treatment Strategy.
• Ensuring adherence to governance processes and reporting to Senior Leadership.
• Providing SME input for Scenario Testing and vulnerability remediation.
• Managing risks and controls, and monitoring IBP events or triggers.
• Building positive relationships through effective collaboration.
• Coordinating quarterly and annual planning activities within the team.
