Quality and Production Project Engineer

We have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley.

Key Tasks

• Work collaboratively with all internal teams to drive improvements in external and internal complaints, implement CAPA, reduce the cost of quality, and improve production outputs.
• Actively seek out, plan, and deliver quality improvement projects across all performance areas.
• Carry out project work using quality and production data feeds.
• Action investigations as they arise, ensuring work is completed within the 1 / 1 / 1 deadlines.
• Monitor quality standards and processes using quality data; present quality metrics when required.
• Work with the quality and production teams to create and maintain standards for manufactured products.
• Ensure compliance with BRCGS and ISO 9001 International Standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Production Teams to improve quality performance, decrease complaints, and internal quality issues, reducing the cost of quality.
• Support the internal auditing system and participate in third-party audits.
