Key Responsibilities :

Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify potential issues and resolve them before they escalate.

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical , and plumbing malfunctions promptly.

Respond to maintenance requests , emergencies, and equipment failures, minimizing disruption.

Operate and maintain various tools and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and preventive tasks.

Collaborate with team members and departments on facility improvement projects .

Adhere to safety protocols , ensuring a safe working environment.

Assist in procurement of materials needed for maintenance activities.

Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements .

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician, ideally in an industrial or facility setting.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical , and plumbing systems .

Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for emergency repairs or scheduled maintenance.

Physical ability to lift, climb, stand , and work in various physical conditions.

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Other Important Qualifications :

Team player with a positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Demands :

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands , and perform other manual tasks.

Occasionally required to climb , stoop , or kneel .

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform various physical activities.
