Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an On Site Supervisor located in Bari, with some work-from-home flexibility. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing on-site personnel. They will also be responsible for communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and civil works Knowledge of mechanical installation of trackers and fixed structures Familiarity with module installation and electrical works in the renewable energy sector Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant certifications or licenses in construction or project management are a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
