Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an On Site Supervisor located in Bari, with some work-from-home flexibility. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing on-site personnel. They will also be responsible for communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, project management, and civil works
• Knowledge of mechanical installation of trackers and fixed structures
• Familiarity with module installation and electrical works in the renewable energy sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction or project management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
