We are currently recruiting Qualified SEN Teachers for roles in specialist and inclusive SEN schools throughout Staffordshire. These schools support children with a range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and complex needs. The Role We are seeking experienced & dedicated SEN Teachers to deliver personalised, high-quality teaching in supportive SEN environments. You will plan & deliver differentiated lessons, support pupils’ emotional & social development, and work collaboratively with school staff, therapists, and parents. Key Responsibilities Plan & teach tailored lessons based on individual needs and EHCPs. Support academic, emotional, and personal progress of pupils. Use tools like PECS, Makaton, or visual aids to aid communication and engagement. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom. Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external agencies. Maintain pupil records & contribute to formal reviews and assessments.
