Randstad is proud to be working in partnership with a respected education trust to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a specialist setting based in ST10, Staffordshire.

About the Role :

You will play a key part in supporting pupils with a range of needs, delivering tailored learning activities, and working collaboratively to promote positive outcomes for every child.

Your responsibilities will include :

Supporting and delivering high-quality, individualised learning plans.

Leading small group interventions and occasionally covering whole classes.

Assisting with the development of EHCP targets and monitoring progress.

Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Working closely with teachers, parents, carers, and external professionals.

About You :

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, including SEMH and ASD.

A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
