Principal / Associate Highways Engineer

Access Talent Group are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Principal / Associate Highways Engineer to join a dynamic team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of highways infrastructure, contributing to the improvement and expansion of transportation networks in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact in the field of highways engineering.

Minimum Requirements :

• A degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
• CEng or Ieng
• An expertise in infrastructure design, from concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery; Highways design and on-site supervision experience preferred.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Excellent report-writing skills
• Independently using design software, including AutoCAD (2D Design), Microdrainage / WinDes, & Civil 3D (3D Design).
• Knowledge of Design manual for road and bridges with experience in using the standards within design for Local Highway authorities / National Highways.
• S278 and S38 legal agreements process and guide clients from initial appointment to signing of the agreement of construction.
• Technical ownership of the production of drawings, calculations, reports and design documents.

The Role :

Salary : £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum
