Roofing Manager

A leading family-owned general building contractor based in Central Scotland is seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to join their well-established Roofing Division. As Roofing Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of roofing projects to ensure their successful completion on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to :

• Planning and co-ordinating resource.
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme, drawings, client specifications, and Health & Safety best practice.
• Ensuring materials are procured.
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
