A commercial facilities maintenance company in Southeast England is looking for a Gas Maintenance Manager to join their M&E Department. This position, based in Greater London , reports directly to the Directors.

About the Role

As the Gas Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for a gas portfolio for a new client. This includes :

• Managing accreditations and ensuring compliance.
• Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Reviewing engineer jobs , pricing , and quoting works .
• Building client relationships and providing technical support.
• Offering expert guidance to staff and clients.
