Job Description

Business Analyst - Milton Keynes

Our client is keen to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of proven experience working on projects with an understanding of the full project life-cycle.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, techniques, and methodology. They should be confident in working with stakeholders, guiding, and leading them to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the structure of the business, including integration between Marketing, Finance, and Education sectors.
• Identify how the business utilizes technology and align it with their goals based on requirements.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be process mapping.
• Identify problems through data modeling and process flow analysis.
• Streamline business processes for efficiency.
• Manage documentation effectively.
• Communicate with senior organizational leaders.
• Align stakeholders on the benefits of new technologies, strategies, and processes.
• Run workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and buy-in.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge
